During the first part of our eye exam, your eyes will be screened for any refractive errors. If it is determined that you are nearsighted, farsighted, or have astigmatism, our optometrist will be able to write a new lens prescription for you that will have you seeing clearly again. Our Mansfield eye exams will also include screening for many different eye diseases and disorders.

During the course of comprehensive Mansfield eye exams or contact lens exams and fittings, your eyes will be tested and screened for many different eye diseases. For example, if it is determined that you have cataracts, you will be happy to know that this condition can be easily corrected with painless, laser surgery. When it comes to eye care, an ounce of prevention is certainly worth a pound of cure. It is definitely in your best interest to have periodic eye exams so that any eye diseases will be caught while they are in their early stages. This will make it much more likely that treatment will be successful and that your precious vision will not be hurt.
